The Opportunity

As a front-line employee of our digital branch, it is your responsibility to provide technical support to customers as it relates to products, services and industry practices: including risk mitigation best practices. Collaborate with customers and bank staff to ensure the implementation of services, training of end users, and promotion of the features and benefits of bank products and services are being effectively communicated. Assist the VP of Operations with special projects, reporting, and various other duties.

Count On To:

• Ensure remarkable customer service in our digital and remote service channels to all digital customers and communicate effectively, with proper etiquette, through all troubleshooting assisting, while going above and beyond to explain the features and benefits of the banking services
• Provide technical support to customers as it relates to products, services, and industry practices: including risk mitigation and best practices.
• Participates in projects, new product offerings, and system conversions related to supported digital banking products and services.
• Support ancillary products and usage such as, but not limited to, Bill Pay, External Transfers, Pulsate, Mobile Deposits, Mx Money, and Credit Score/Savvy Money.
• Responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of online business services relationships including online business banking support, ACH, electronic payments etc.
• Provide resolution for issues received for business and consumer customers via phone, email, face-to-face, or other communications in a professional, timely and accurate manner and communicate service related issues to responsible officers
• Develop an intimate understanding of customer needs and building solutions to meet these needs and assist in customer development
• Sell our deposit, payment, digital and banking services and accounts to customers

Knowledge And Skills:

• Associate’s degree or two-year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Provide stellar customer service through effectively verbal and written communication to customers and coworkers.
• Ability to multitask and work on a variety of projects and with customers throughout the day
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Use computer and technical skills.
• Banking for financial services experience preferred
