Radiology Technologist Full Time (Varied Shifts)

Location: Northwestern New Mexico Region Schedule: Varied shifts available Setting: Hospital-based imaging department

About the Role

This Radiology Technologist position supports a high volume regional imaging department, performing high quality diagnostic radiographic exams while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and accuracy. Youll work within a collaborative clinical team serving a diverse patient population across the Four Corners area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures following department protocols
2. Ensure proper patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety
3. Collaborate with providers, nurses, and imaging staff to support efficient patient flow
4. Document exams, patient history, and imaging details in the EMR
5. Maintain equipment and report service needs
6. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care across all age groups
7. Follow all regulatory, safety, and quality guidelines

Requirements

• ARRT (R) certification
• New Mexico state license required (or willing to obtain)
• Previous hospital imaging experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality imaging standards
