Industrial Project Manager

Newport News, VA

Manage industrial mechanical construction projects from estimating through project completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers as the primary point of contact.
Assist customers with project scope development and technical requirements.
Prepare project estimates, proposals, budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and submittals.
Track project costs, including labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and change orders.
Coordinate project execution with customers, general contractors, subcontractors, fabrication, and field operations.
Lead project meetings and provide financial and progress updates to management.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Support commissioning, testing, startup, owner training, O&M manuals, and final project closeout.
Identify project risks and resolve technical or operational challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
