SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage daily operations of the automotive service department Oversee service advisors, technicians, and support staff Drive service department sales, profitability, and efficiency Monitor KPIs including labor gross, hours per RO, and customer satisfaction Ensure high levels of customer service and CSI performance Manage scheduling, workflow, and repair order processes Handle customer concerns, escalations, and retention Work closely with parts and sales departments to maximize performance
