Pharmacy Clerk

Title: Pharmacy Clerk
Duration: 3 months contract + Possibility of Extension
Location: Charlotte, NC 28217
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 3p to 11:30 pm EST (with the potential for variying OT)

Key Responsibilities:
Work a 2nd shift schedule (Sunday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) with flexibility for overtime as needed
Perform general warehouse duties, including proper storage of pharmaceutical products and supplies
Ensure appropriate refrigeration and handling of temperature-sensitive products
Conduct daily box preparation and packaging activities
Create and correct shipping labels to ensure accurate order delivery
Transport packages to shipping, courier, and mail areas in a timely manner
Receive incoming inventory and verify accuracy of shipments against documentation
Monitor and maintain prescription drug inventory within warehouse systems
Assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies
Maintain compliance with storage standards and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products
Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes
Process, pack, and ship outgoing orders, ensuring all required materials (medications, supplies, patient education materials) are included
Monitor and calibrate equipment as required and assist in maintaining operational standards

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in a warehouse, production, or packing environment preferred
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
