Title: Behavior Technician (BT)
Location: Bedford, NH
Pay Rate: $28-33 / hour

As a K-12 Behavior Tech in Bedford, NH , your days will include providing direct student care such as:

• Implement behavior support plans and collect data on student behavior.
• Support students in classroom routines and social situations.
• Use evidence-based strategies to reinforce positive behavior.
• Collaborate with school staff and therapists to ensure plan consistency.
• Provide crisis support and de-escalation as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in psychology or education preferred.
• Experience working with students with behavioral needs strongly preferred.
• CPI or other crisis intervention training may be required by district.

Job Details
Position: Contract (option to renew) in a school setting
Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Caseload: Elementary and Middle School Caseloads
