Incentives M‑F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, no weekends What You'll Do As the Campus Executive Chef , you will oversee all culinary operations across the site while maintaining a strong presence in the kitchen. This role is approximately 80% hands‑on , making it ideal for a chef who enjoys leading from the front while driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Providing culinary leadership for all food service operations across the campus Designing innovative, fresh, and seasonal menus that enhance the guest experience Leading and developing a team of 15 hourly employees and supervising an Executive Chef 2 Elevating and expanding a sophisticated, high‑end catering and conference services program Managing food and labor costs to meet financial goals Overseeing purchasing, inventory management, and vendor relationships Ensuring compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Building strong client relationships and serving as a trusted culinary partner Driving quality, consistency, and innovation across all dining venues What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
