All Jobs > One-On-One Direct Care Specialist-Part Time One-On-One Direct Care Specialist-Part Time Phoenix, AZ, AZ Part-time Description We are seeking three Part-Time One-On-One Direct Care Specialists to provide individualized support to one foster child (ages 3-18) with behavioral challenges in one of our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, and Phoenix. This role is designed to provide consistent, one-on-one care and support to help the child succeed in a structured, therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include: Providing one-on-one supervision and support throughout the shift. Building a positive, trusting relationship while using trauma-informed care and behavior management techniques. Assisting with daily living activities and personal care as needed. Providing transportation to appointments, school, and community activities. Planning and participating in enrichment and recreational activities. Supporting emotional regulation and implementing behavior support strategies. Accurately documenting behaviors and significant events. Collaborating with the treatment team and house staff to ensure consistency in the child's care. Schedule Options: Monday - Friday anything between 3:00PM- 9:00PM Saturday - Sunday anything between 8:00am-9:00pm Pay: $20 per hour Requirements Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children Must be 21 or older Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Sunshine Residential Homes, LLC
