ONSITE – FORT WAYNE, INDIANA | RELOCATION REQUIRED

Circle Logistics is looking for Account Managers who know how to grow relationships, maximize account potential, and deliver results.

IMPORTANT LOCATION REQUIREMENT: This is an onsite position at our Fort Wayne, Indiana headquarters. Candidates must already live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the Fort Wayne area. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Grow existing customer accounts by strengthening relationships, increasing freight volume, and expanding the services we provide.
• Manage your own portfolio of established customers while working collaboratively with your team.
• Understand customer shipping needs and provide customized freight solutions.
• Respond to freight inquiries, prepare quotes, and help customers find the right solutions.
• Build account growth strategies that increase revenue and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, resolving issues and keeping communication on track.
• Coordinate daily shipments and deliver the exceptional service Circle Logistics is known for.
• Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to develop effective solutions and ensure successful account execution.
• Take ownership of your results, your customer relationships, and the continued growth of your portfolio.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, account management, or a related environment.
• Strong customer relationship management and account development skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase customer engagement.
• Comfortable learning and using TMS, CRM, and other business systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including spreadsheets, reporting, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
• A dependable, professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage competing priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended hours when business needs require it.
