Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment requiring HH and OASIS experience.

• Home Health setting
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Floating may be requested based on facility needs

Requirements

• Home health experience and OASIS experience required
• BLS certification required
• Specialty experience within the last year required
• VA license required, or proof of compact license, if applicable

Additional Information

• Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
• Locals accepted at same rate
• Prior permanent employees must have a 6-month gap before returning as a traveler
• RTO should be minimal, ideally no full calendar weeks off and no more than 7 days total, submitted with initial application
