Registered Nurse - OR, Dillon, Montana. Start date: 10/05/2026. This 13-week travel assignment offers 40 guaranteed hours per week on a nights shift in a perioperative services unit that provides care from admission through discharge. The role supports patients across age groups and includes call coverage. Weekly pay ranges from $2,328 to $2,452, reflecting a consistent night schedule with additional on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional perioperative nursing care from patient admission through discharge across pediatric to geriatric populations.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the perioperative period, ensuring patient safety and advocacy.
- Support and collaborate with the OR team during orthopedic, general surgery, GYN, and endoscopy cases.
- Maintain sterile technique, monitor anesthesia/sedation, assist with instrument handling, and ensure proper patient positioning and safety.
- Document patient status, responses to interventions, and communication with the broader care team and families as appropriate.
- Manage call coverage requirements consistent with the assignment, while ensuring continuity of care and timely handoffs.

Requirements
- Current, active Registered Nurse license ( RN )
- Perioperative experience with orthopedic, general surgery, gynecologic, and endoscopy cases
- Ability to work nights and participate in regular call coverage (every 3rd night and every 3rd weekend)
- Competence in patient assessment, planning, and evaluation across age groups and a perioperative setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-disciplinary teams in a hospital environment
