Security Architecture Manager

As a full-time FLEX Manager, Security Architecture and Strategy, the successful candidate will coordinate the Security Engagement Review process, mentor team members, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of security assessments in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Organize and coordinate all steps of the Security Engagement process, including meetings and status communication Consult with customers to gather functional requirements for the Security Architect team Monitor ongoing project activities and ensure alignment with team performance objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or related field or equivalent experience/certification 3+ years of overall Information Technology experience, preferably at a large organization Experience as a Coordinator in reviewing Security Architectures and explaining security risks Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to communicate security requirements across various IT domains to diverse audiences
