What You'll Do
  • Assist surgeons and physicians during procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain and sterilize surgical instruments, including endoscopes, following quality control measures
  • Prepare operating rooms with necessary supplies and equipment for procedures
  • Support the department's daily operations and patient care activities
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Handle specimen collection and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote patient safety and quality care
What You Need
  • Current certification in Surgical Technology
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Surgical Technology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and maneuvering surgical equipment
  • Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
