Work Environment\n

This position is structured to be largely remote, providing flexibility while ensuring that the LCSW is effectively connected to both the team and the families we serve. Utilizing digital tools and platforms, the LCSW will collaborate with colleagues and consult with caregivers in real time, while also maintaining compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the specific needs and strengths of children and families.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring interventions based on thorough analytical findings.

• Monitor the outcomes of interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring alignment with program standards and family goals.

• Facilitate a supportive environment by providing families with critical information and strategies that promote their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster optimal development and learning.
\n
• Establish rapport with children and their families to enhance engagement and cooperation in the therapeutic process.

• Deliver guidance and support in navigating resources available through state and federal programs designed for early childhood intervention.

• Ensure the health and safety of clients and adhere to all organizational standards and regulations affecting service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on young children, especially those with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. You will work hand-in-hand with caregivers to facilitate growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during the critical first three years of life. By addressing the unique challenges these families face, your efforts will contribute substantially to enhancing the quality of life for both children and their caregivers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• One year of experience in early intervention services, with a demonstrated commitment to child development and natural learning principles.
