What We Handle Billing & insurance claims Individual & Group Supervision Licensed Consultation Credentialing Paid Digital Marketing & SEO Online Scheduling System & Infrastructure Referral development Administrative support Office space & utilities EHR systems Compliance & documentation support We Offer Highly competitive compensation structure Paid time off BCBS medical, dental, vision 401K options Flexible scheduling (in-person & telehealth) Access to free CEU library (TPN Health) Professional development support Opportunities to supervise A collaborative, supportive team culture Real leadership team access, no corporate red tape Who This Is Perfect For Private practice therapists tired of managing payroll, rent, and insurance headaches Clinicians in group practices who want more support and stronger leadership Community mental health providers ready to reduce burnout Therapists with an active caseload who can transition clients with them Clinicians with strong word-of-mouth referral streams Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans Provide high-quality therapy services to clients Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week (full-time) Deliver evidence-based interventions Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners Participate in team meetings and trainings Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians Qualifications and/or Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral health field Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD; ALMFT, LSW, or LPC) Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfort working with children, teens, families, or adults Ability to pass a background check Existing client base or referral network Experience with children, couples and/or family work Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems At Ellie, we believe that happy therapists do better work, and better work changes lives.
