We are seeking skilled and compassionate PT Tech to join our team. A PT Tech will be responsible for treating patients with a variety of diagnoses. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their developmental skills and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in functional abilities and response to treatment Collaborate with SOAL’s Multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of Patient Care assistance High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Part-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Industries Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr Surgery Partners, Inc
