Assembly Operator

Position Details:

• Location: Everett, WA
• Schedule Options:
  
  • 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 03:30 PM - 02:00 AM
• Pay Rate: Starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour, with available overtime for additional earnings
• Type: Temp-to-hire opportunity, with potential for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small, intricate components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly
• Perform detailed inspections and testing to verify product quality
• Maintain precise labeling and packaging of finished goods
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English for safety and training purposes
• Basic computer skills
• Skilled in reading blueprints and diagrams
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours, walk around the warehouse, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay Details: $20.24 to $22.24 per hour
