Lead Bartender

Bar Lead Position

Center Bar is a high-volume craft cocktail bar located at Chattahoochee Food Works. Our Bar Leads are essential to keeping our staff trained up and help in maintaining a fun and clean environment for our guests and team members.

Bar Lead Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a timely manner.
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Training New Staff Members - Bartenders, Barbacks, Bar Prep.
• Making sure all items are stocked and rotated correctly.
• Communicate with Management.
• Keeping the bar maintained - a clean organized environment.
• Keep the team organized and positive.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Prepare, mix, and put together craft cocktails from scratch.

Bar Lead Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a bartender in an upscale, casual dining atmosphere.
• Must have classic cocktail knowledge
• Bar Lead or other Supervisory experience.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food, kegs, and containers weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule.
• Stamina is to work 40 hours per week.
• Able to have fun and make every guest want to return.
• Provide 3 references.
