3rd Shift - Quality Technician

Position: Quality Control Line Technicians Location: Port Washington, WI Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:00pm M-Th, 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:00pm (M-F), 3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 7:00am (M-F), Weekend Shift - 7:00am-7:00pm (F, Sat, Sun) Pay: Starts at $17.00 / hour Summary The Quality Control Technician is the liaison between the product and management. They are required to ensure the integrity of the product. If you're detail-oriented, hands-on, and looking for a stable career with real growth opportunities - this role is for you Job Responsibilities Perform in-process quality checks (weights, measurements, visual inspections) Accurately document and report inspection results Identify and communicate quality issues to supervisors and production teams Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards Operate testing equipment (pH meters, balances, vacuum testers) Maintain proper labeling and traceability on the production line Visually inspect to ensure the production line is using the correct raw materials Use math skills, rulers and other devices to ensure components are the correct size and weight Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow procedures and document results clearly Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Basic math and measurement skills 3-6 months minimum previous manufacturing or quality experience To thrive in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and attributes: High School Diploma or GED (required) Strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffing Support Specialists
