Make a Difference Every Shift

As a Crew Lead, you'll help the team stay organized, maintain high standards, and deliver great food and service. Your leadership will help set the tone for the shift and contribute to the success of the restaurant.

What You'll DoLead and Support the Team

• Lead by example and help create a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Communicate priorities and delegate tasks to keep the shift running smoothly.

• Support, coach, and encourage team members throughout the shift.

• Help train new team members and reinforce established procedures.

• Recognize great work and address opportunities for improvement professionally.

• Communicate important information and shift updates to restaurant leadership.

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Set the standard for friendly, welcoming, and efficient service.

• Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and according to company standards.

• Help the team respond to guest needs and resolve routine concerns.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant.

Own Shift Execution

• Help lead opening, mid-shift, or closing routines as assigned.

• Ensure the kitchen, prep areas, dining room, and restrooms meet cleanliness standards.

• Keep products stocked, properly stored, and organized.

• Monitor food preparation and product quality throughout the shift.

• Support smooth transitions between shifts by communicating priorities and outstanding tasks.

• Identify operational issues and communicate them to restaurant management.

Maintain Food Safety and Quality

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Ensure food is handled, stored, prepared, and served correctly.

• Monitor product quality and consistency.

• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.

• Help minimize food waste through proper preparation, portioning, and handling.

Support Restaurant Performance

• Help maintain efficient shift execution and appropriate staffing practices.

• Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs.

• Support the team in meeting service, cleanliness, quality, and productivity expectations.

• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on commitments.

• Look for opportunities to improve the shift and help the restaurant operate more effectively.
