Our Solar Canvasser program offers one of the most unique solar programs in the country for NJ residents. The best warranty and savings in the industry make attracting qualified customers easier and faster. Base pay plus uncapped commissions with performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, educate customers, and set up appointments for Solar Consultants.

• Attend daily team meetings where you get access to training, a supportive team.
• Utilize phone apps to navigate the territory each day
• Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar through canvassing in residential neighborhoods.
• Schedule qualified appointments for experienced solar closers.
• Bring high energy to the team and motivate one another

Qualification:

• Prior door to door sales experience a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work some weekends and evenings.
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
