The role combines hands-on technical expertise with field leadership, working closely with engineering, project management, and sales while mentoring technicians and helping establish consistent service and commissioning standards.

MUST HAVE

7+ years of BAS/HVAC Controls industry experience Ability to be a part of the UA Plumbers & Pipefitters or SMART Sheet Metal Workers union BAS startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting experience Valid CA driver's license Experience with one or more of the following platforms (or related): Johnson Controls, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Distech, Tridium Niagara, Automated Logic, Delta Controls, Honeywell etc.
