Epic Resolute App Developer (Charge Router)

Salary: $106,496 - 127,296 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of professional experience.
• We require hands-on experience with Charge Router work queue configuration, including work queue stages.
• We require hands-on experience setting up Charge Router Charge Entry configuration.
• We require an Epic certification.
• We require hands-on experience with Epic HIM Hospital Coding, including workqueues, rules, SVC, HSD settings, coding queries, and document review.
• We prefer experience with Solventum/3M Encompass 360 or a similar encoder/grouper platform.
• We require a high school diploma or GED.
• We prefer an Epic Charge Router certification.
• We prefer an Epic HIM Hospital Coding certification.

• We configure Charge Router workflows, including work queues, stages, and charge entry setup.
• We apply end-to-end Charge Router knowledge across preprocessing, charge handler functions, task/action design, destination routing, and reporting.
• We create and refine rules, macros, and related results, including understanding the difference between ID and Value.
• We run and support Charge Router reconciliation reporting and testing.
• We perform order-dropping and encounter-creation workflows in chart review and unit charge entry scenarios.
• We support Epic HIM hospital coding operations, including workqueues, rules, SVC, HSD settings, coding queries, and document review.
• We use Solventum/3M Encompass 360 or comparable encoder/grouper tools to support coding work.
• We build, optimize, and maintain Epic Reporting Workbench reports and dashboards.
• We support coding processes tied to ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and MS-DRG assignment.
• We work within Epics revenue cycle environment and understand HB coding end to end.
• We interpret HL7 message types used in coding and CDI workflows.
• We support integrations between Epic and external coding/CDI systems.
• We troubleshoot build defects, interface issues, coding logic gaps, and DRG discrepancies.
• We document system changes clearly and thoroughly.
