HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Conduct regular inventory counts to verify stock levels and accuracy.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Collaborate with warehouse & production teams to ensure proper organization and accessibility of items.
• Maintain detailed documentation of counts, findings, and adjustments made.
• Utilize inventory management software to track and report cycle count results.
• Monitor shelf-life inventory for expiration dates
• Train team members on best practices for conducting cycle counts effectively.
• All other assignments deemed necessary while under the direction of the Senior Inventory Control Analyst.

YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES

• 1+ years of related work experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording data
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a warehouse/production environment
• Effective communication skills for reporting discrepancies and collaborating with team members
• You can perform the essential functions of the job which at times include, for example, lifting up to 30 lbs. and standing for long periods of time.
