They work as a team with a sense of urgency and with a level of detail that is second to none. Our same day shipping model requires peak performance at all times.What an FC Associate Does: You will perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders. A keen attention to detail is a must, as you will be inspecting products for defects and reporting damages as needed.Due to the nature of our business, this position requires working in cold storage and freezer environments, with proper equipment provided.Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities:Process, pack, and ship orders accuratelyMaintain inventory of products; restock as neededInspect products for damages; report as neededMaintain a clean and orderly warehouse environmentReceive and appropriately sort and store incoming productsPrepare products for shippingFollow all safety protocol and warehouse proceduresAdditional duties and responsibilities assigned as neededWarehouse Associate Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma preferredProven work experience in a warehouse settingFamiliarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment is a plus but not required.Ability to skillfully and safely operate a forkliftGood working knowledge of computer usage for order fulfillmentSolid communication skills and inventory skillsPhysical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 40 lbsThis is a full time position with an hourly rate of $17.00 per hour with annual compensation and performance reviews.Full time employees receive generous medical benefits and (PTO) paid time off packages.Crowd Cow is an equal opportunity employer.
