As a Security Officer Patrol Coverage in Louisville KY you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support site operations through strong communication and customer a role guided by teamwork integrity and a people-first culture you will contribute to a professional and innovative environment.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while following post instructions and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings controlled areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify badges or credentials when required and document visitor contractor and/or delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear reports on incidents patrol activity and/or maintenance or access concerns and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
