Patient Accounts Representative
Help Patients Navigate the Financial Side of Healthcare.
As a Patient Accounts Representative, you'll help patients understand and manage the financial aspects of their healthcare experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist patients with account and billing questions.
- Review account information and payment history.
- Process payments and account transactions.
- Communicate with patients regarding balances and payment options.
- Research and resolve account concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Protect patient financial and health information.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED.
- Healthcare billing, patient accounting, or customer-service experience preferred.
Pay & Benefits
$18.50 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
