Nova Pacific is seeking a motivated and dynamic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Dallas. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by building meaningful client relationships, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, conducting product presentations and communicating the value of our services effectively, collaborating with the sales team to identify business opportunities and meet sales goals, managing client accounts and ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire sales process, and staying informed about industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred), excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude toward achieving goals, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and no prior sales experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
