About the Role
The Company is in search of a Deputy Chief Technology Officer to join its strategic and technical leadership team. This executive-level role is pivotal in setting and operationalizing the direction of the technology team, particularly in the context of supporting midterm campaigns and preparing for future election cycles. The successful candidate will be a key partner in the continuous evolution of the tech team, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Security Officer, and Heads of Data & Engineering, Product, and Strategic Partnerships. Responsibilities include defining and advocating for the long-term vision of the tech team, owning key strategic initiatives, and operationalizing internal processes to ensure the team runs smoothly. The role demands a versatile leader with a proven track record in senior leadership, the ability to operationalize complex projects, and a commitment to fostering a culture of technical excellence and high performance. Candidates for the Deputy CTO position at the company should have a strong background in setting strategic visions and achieving measurable outcomes. Experience in overseeing complex technical projects, driving results through influence, and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments is essential.
