As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being. This is a part time position with possibility of full time as new clients come on. Competitive hourly pay and weekly direct deposit. Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our clients.Compensation & Benefits- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour- Weekly paymentResponsibilities- Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency- Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.- Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, and mobility- Laundry, light cleaning, and cooking- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client- Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress- Communicate effectively with clients, and healthcare team members, and management- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the companyRequirements- Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in home care equipment- CNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed.- Experience is a plus- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients- Willing to take drug test and background check- Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, along with a valid drivers license and car insuranceEEOC Statement: Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
