Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join their team supporting Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Mass Torts, FELA, Railroad, Workers' Compensation, and Products Liability matters in a trial-focused practice.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage new case intake, prepare files for attorney review, and calendar statutes of limitations, trial dates, hearings, depositions, discovery, and court deadlines.
- Summarize deposition transcripts; subpoena, track, organize, and produce medical records; maintain medical chronologies.
- Coordinate independent medical examinations (IMEs), records reviews, and prepare medical packages for providers.
- Draft motions, pleadings, demand letters, document productions, hearing exhibits, and other litigation documents for attorney review and court filings.
- Review ongoing medical records, evaluate cases for settlement or trial readiness, collaborate with clients and attorneys, and travel occasionally as needed.
- 5+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience with proven legal and trial experience.
- Experience supporting Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Mass Torts, FELA, Railroad, Workers' Compensation, Products Liability, or related civil litigation matters.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal/client management systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, investigative, time management, written, verbal, and grammar skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with clients and legal teams, and maintain a positive, professional work environment.
