Mentorship & Support for New Graduates Starting your veterinary career is exciting—and you don’t have to do it alone. New graduates joining Family Pet Clinic will participate in the NVA Mentorship Program , designed to provide additional guidance, connection, and support as you transition from veterinary school into practice. The program includes: One-on-one surgical and medical support from Dr. Jodi Long , current President of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and a Texas mentor. Wellness programming focused on stress management and developing a balanced, sustainable veterinary career . A cohort of other new-graduate veterinarians across Texas , with opportunities for social events, team bonding, and professional connection.
