Contact Center Representative I
The Contact Center Representative I communicates a broad range of information to assist future students, current students, staff, faculty, and general customer inquiries. This position responds to multi-channel inquiries including incoming calls, online chats, and email correspondence. This position conducts outbound call campaigns supporting multiple departments including admissions, student records, financial aid, and advising. This position may be required to work some evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do: The Contact Center Representative I communicates a broad range of information to assist future students, current students, staff, faculty, and general customer inquiries. This position responds to multi-channel inquiries including incoming calls, online chats, and email correspondence. This position conducts outbound call campaigns supporting multiple departments including admissions, student records, financial aid, and advising. This position may be required to work some evenings and weekends.
What You'll Need: At a minimum the selected candidate must have a high school diploma or high school equivalency degree supplemented by one (1) year of related experience. Additionally, preferred candidates will be bilingual in Spanish and have completed some college coursework, along with at least one (1) year of call or contact center experience, preferably in higher education.
