Lockbox Processing Analyst

Location : Atlanta, GA (100% onsite, 5 days/week)

Duration : 8-month contract (through end of year)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)

Pay Rate : Up to $23.64/hour

Job Summary
Seeking detail-oriented Operations Processor 3 to support a high-performing Lockbox operations team in Atlanta. This role focuses on managing and processing change requests, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting client-related operational workflows.
This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Compared to more entry-level processing roles, this position involves more investigative work, system navigation, and stakeholder communication.  

Key Responsibilities

- Review lockbox change requests received through internal systems, including attachments and supporting documentation.
- Track and update requests across multiple platforms, including Excel, Word, and internal workflow tools.
- Maintain reports, request records, and process documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Add required information to each request and assist with weekly balancing of request activity.
- Communicate professionally through email with internal teams, customer service partners, sales, and client-facing contacts.
- Support operational processing needs related to customer details, account specifications, and lockbox workflows.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Administrative, clerical, data entry, operations processing, or related financial services experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including comfort maintaining spreadsheets and tracking request activity.
- Intermediate Microsoft Word skills, including updating request documentation and process-related information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review attachments, customer information, and account specifications accurately.
- Ability to learn multiple systems and follow structured operational processes.
- Strong written communication skills, including professional email language.
- Investigative mindset and ability to manage varied requests that may require research and problem-solving.
- Comfortable working onsite in an office environment 5 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior lockbox processing, lockbox operations, banking operations, or treasury services experience.
- Familiarity with workflows, customer details, account specifications, and financial operations terminology.
- Experience using Automated Enrollment Solution or similar request management systems.
- Background supporting customer service, sales, or client-related financial operations requests.
