Senior Operations Manager

Senior Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the operational performance of the hotel's portfolio, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, financial performance, and compliance with brand and company standards. This role drives strategic initiatives, builds high-performing teams, and ensures consistent service delivery across all operational departments. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead end-to-end hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and Guest Services. Establish and implement operational standards and SOPs across all properties. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Drive operational efficiency while maintaining luxury and service standards. Develop and manage operational budgets. Monitor revenue, costs, GOP, and profitability. Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising guest satisfaction. Review financial reports and implement corrective actions where required. Guest Experience Maintain high guest satisfaction and online reputation scores. Introduce initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty. Recruit, mentor, and develop hotel leadership teams. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and succession planning. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with statutory, health, safety, hygiene, and licensing requirements. Conduct operational audits and implement corrective measures. Maintain brand standards and quality assurance benchmarks. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance to achieve business objectives. Lead pre-opening and post-opening operational activities for new properties, where applicable. Drive innovation, technology adoption, and operational excellence initiatives. Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-department or multi-property hotel operations. Experience with upscale, luxury, or premium hospitality brands is preferred. Strong operational and commercial acumen. Proven leadership and people management skills. Financial planning and budget management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strategic thinking and problem-solving. Strong guest-centric mindset. Ability to lead change and continuous improvement initiatives. Preferred Experience Multi-property operations management.
