Senior Sales Engineer – Managed IT & Cybersecurity

Company: Network Elites Services LLC
Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas — onsite
Compensation: $150,000 base salary; up to $200,000 OTE

Network Elites is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Engineer to support the growth of our managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure services.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of technical presales experience within the MSP industry, an established professional network in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, and a strong record of developing trusted client relationships. This individual must be a self-starter who can independently uncover opportunities, understand business and technical requirements, design compelling solutions, and help move opportunities through the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales executives throughout discovery, solution development, presentations, proposals, and closing
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, IT executives, technical stakeholders, vendors, and channel partners
• Assess client environments and translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions
• Design solutions covering managed IT, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, backup and disaster recovery, compliance, and business continuity
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, assessments, and executive-level recommendations
• Develop scopes of work, solution documentation, pricing inputs, and responses to RFPs
• Maintain and expand a strong professional network throughout the DFW technology community
• Identify cross-selling and expansion opportunities within prospective and existing accounts
• Collaborate with engineering, service delivery, operations, and leadership teams
• Take ownership of opportunities and operate effectively with limited supervision

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical presales experience
• Direct experience working for an MSP, MSSP, IT consulting company, systems integrator, or technology solutions provider
• Strong knowledge of managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft technologies
• Established relationships within the Dallas–Fort Worth business and technology community
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with both executives and technical teams
• Excellent discovery, presentation, written communication, and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes
• Highly motivated, accountable, resourceful, and comfortable working onsite

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, security operations, compliance, DRaaS, backup, networking, and business continuity
• Relevant Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure, security, or networking certifications
• Experience supporting mid-market clients across multiple industries
• Existing relationships with DFW business leaders, CIOs, IT directors, vendors, and referral partners
