What Youll Do

Open the Studio Like a Pro Clean, organized, ready to wow members.
Lead the Sales Charge Coach the team, boost performance, and hit targets.
Problem-Solve Fast Keep operations smooth and customers happy.
Onboard New Hires Set them up for success from day one.
Step Up When Needed Run the show when the Studio Manager is off-site.
End on a High Note Celebrate wins and prep for tomorrows success.

What Were Looking For

Experience in sales or a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, fitness, etc.).
Prior team leadership experience preferred.
Organized, adaptable, and ready for a fast-paced environment.
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
