responsibilities:

• Perform chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical testing for research, development, and quality assurance.
• Compile, analyze, interpret, and document experimental results accurately.
• Identify technical issues and collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges.
• Follow established laboratory procedures, safety guidelines, and inspection protocols.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and assist with testing for innovative technical solutions.

qualifications:

Required:

• Prior hands-on experience in a technical or chemistry laboratory environment.
• Background or coursework in scientific or engineering principles (e.g., physical, organic, or inorganic chemistry).
• Strong mechanical and chemical aptitude with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems, strong communication, and time management skills.

Preferred:

• Experience operating SEM, EDS, or TOC analyzers.
• Background in microbiology, industrial filtration, or water treatment analysis.
