Department/Unit:SecurityWork Shift:Day (United States of America)Salary Range:$49,763.00 - $69,668.00The Security Officer is the main link between AMC Security Services and all people served. In the course of their duties, and especially while on patrol, the officer assumes many roles and provides numerous essential services. Security Officers are expected to provide the highest quality of professional service to all "customers" (employees, students, visitors, patients and others). While on patrol, as an "ambassador" for AMC, officers are expected to always present a professional image. This includes being well informed, courteous and promptly taking necessary action.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUpholds AMC standards in providing exceptional service to all “customers”Exhibits a professional demeanor and ensures effective communication (verbal and written), at all times.Patrols throughout assigned zones/posts; regularly engages people (i.e. offers assistance to visitors and employees)Responds to all assigned incidents in a timely manner.
