Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and efficiently in the field while ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Responsibilities*

* Assist with HVAC Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and related equipment.
* Conduct routine inspections to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.
* Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools such as an Ohmmeter and other field service equipment.
* Plumb new installations and ensure compliance with local building codes.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about system performance and necessary repairs.
* Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job.

*Requirements*

* 1-2 years of HVAC experience or schooling
* Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components including air conditioning, heating units, and refrigeration systems.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC design.
* Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment specific to HVAC maintenance.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
* Be able to be in the on-call rotation for weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
