SYNERGY HomeCare of Scripps Ranch in San Diego, CA, is searching for bilingual caregivers to help ensure clear communication, foster meaningful connections, and provide culturally sensitive support to clients and their families. If you have some caregiving experience you're excited to build on, you could become our part-time Tagalog Speaking Caregiver!

We're offering competitive pay of $19.00 - $21.00/hour and flexible schedules to support your work-life balance while ensuring clients' needs are met.

Even though this is a part-time role, we'll still provide you with fantastic benefits and perks , including paid training and orientation, time-and-a-half pay for overtime/holidays, paid sick time, PTO, parental leave, a referral program, professional development assistance, direct deposit pay, and caregiver recognition programs.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As our part-time Tagalog Speaking Caregiver, you'll provide clients with the personal care, emotional support, and companionship they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. You'll forge strong connections with clients as you assist with their bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, and other personal care needs. Depending on the client's individual needs, you'll help with medication reminders, preparing nutritious meals, performing light housekeeping, and running errands such as grocery shopping. Through all your caregiving activities, you'll maintain the clients' dignity, comfort, and overall well-being as well as provide friendly companionship and emotional support.

Interested? Here's what you'll need:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Strong Tagalog communication skills
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for traveling to clients' locations
• Legal authorization to work in the US

Our ideal person is registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry, has a TB test clearance, and has earned a CPR certification.
