In-depth knowledge of automated testing tools, and quality control and assurance approaches including the creation of reusable foundational test automation framework for the entire organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that all applications, system products, projects, and solutions meet defined enterprise quality standards. Provide centralized, independent quality assurance services across the firm, including functional and non-functional testing for all products, services, and applications across businesses. Design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions, providing testing expertise, oversight, and direction to ensure the functionality of solutions and that design specifications are met.Your Primary Responsibilities:Building robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation solutions for functional and regression testing.Developing code for quality automation and ensuring extensive test coverage of the code.Building, customizing, deploying, and managing the test automation frameworks.NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.*Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent in Computer Science or related field (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering).Min 6 years of relevant experienceTalents Needed for Success:3+ years of QA Testing experience2 Years hands on Automation ExperienceExperience using Java, TestNG, Selenium. Must have experience with Xpath axes and CSS selectorsFirm knowledge of automation standard and best practicesIn depth knowledge of common automation design patterns such as the page object modelIn depth knowledge of software development methodologiesStrong debugging and triage skillsStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong analysis and problem solving skillsCandidate must be organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in an enterprise agile environmentAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrate a high level of motivation confidence, integrity, and responsibility.Strong knowledge of agile best practices including QA’s role on a scrum teamMust be able to present work in a clear and understandable mannerMust be able to work independently with minimal assistancePreferred:Experience testing APIs using postman or RestAssuredExperience working with multithreaded test executionExperience writing test related documentation such as test plans, strategies, or post testing reportsThe salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
