Job Title: Lead Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator
Regular Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

Pay Rate: $30-33 per hour

Job Summary

The Lead Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator oversees the scheduling and coordination of all copier and printer deliveries, pickups, and moves for Copiers Northwest. This fast-paced role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of customer service. The Coordinator works closely with customers and internal teams to manage logistics, resolve issues, and ensure smooth and efficient execution of each delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Coordination

• Schedule and optimize driver routes for deliveries, pickups, and moves.
• Manage multiple installations while prioritizing changing needs and deadlines.
• Use SharePoint, Excel, and company software to track orders, routes, and paperwork.
• Coordinate product transfers between branches and warehouses.

Communication & Customer Service

• Coordinate schedules and logistics with customers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Keep departments and drivers informed of delivery updates and changes.
• Resolve issues, escalate when needed, and help identify solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service background with experience managing a high volume of daily customer and internal communications
• Dispatch experience appreciated but not required

• Prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and remain composed a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software is preferred

Other Requirements

• Must be able to hear auditory alarms, and sit or stand for long periods throughout the day
• May be occasionally be required to work outside normal business hours, including mornings and evenings
