Exercise PlannerThe Opportunity:Do you want to use your emergency management expertise, analytical skills, and strategic perspective to improve organizational mission performance in national preparedness and capability building? As an integral part of our team, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of the National Response Framework to lead engaging planning and coordination with clients and stakeholders, driving the design, development, execution, and evaluation of both discussion- and operations-based exercises.In this role, you’ll combine strong facilitation skills with strategy development and process improvement expertise to guide meaningful discussions, align priorities, and foster collaboration that leads to impactful outcomes. You will apply your expert-level knowledge of Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) doctrine and emergency management preparedness principles to ensure exercises assess and validate operational readiness.You’ll also use your exceptional writing skills to clearly articulate lessons learned, document key actions, and craft actionable recommendations that inform senior leadership decision-making and drive organizational evolution.This is an opportunity to improve efficiency within the homeland security and national resilience enterprise, providing your clients with a holistic assessment of their operations and processes to reveal unrealized potential and address systemic challenges. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
