- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems including brakes, exhaust, and suspension.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and services provided.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficient in using diagnostic and repair tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
