The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to step into a pivotal role, acting as a central figure in bringing groundbreaking games to life. You will sit at the exciting intersection of game design, production, and product strategy, where your expertise will directly influence the success and player enjoyment of multiple titles. This is your chance to elevate player experiences from the very first minute, guide creative visions, and manage complex release cycles, making a tangible difference in the gaming landscape. What You'll Do Drive day-to-day production alignment and foster strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of external game development studios. Actively manage production schedules, proactively identify and mitigate development risks, and skillfully guide developers through critical technical and creative submission milestones. Critically evaluate developer proposals and provide insightful, actionable game design feedback, with a keen focus on refining the initial 30 minutes of gameplay, optimizing player onboarding journeys, and enhancing long-term retention strategies. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional internal teams, including Marketing, QA, and Tech Support, ensuring studio partners are fully equipped with the necessary resources to launch successful updates and new content. Leverage player insights and performance metrics to inform and support your design recommendations, always upholding privacy-first standards in data utilization. Must-Have Qualifications 5+ years of demonstrable experience in game production, project management, or game design, with a strong preference for mobile games. Hands-on experience working directly with external development studios or in a publishing/partner-management capacity. Proven background in evaluating game design features, player onboarding flows, or early-game user experience (UX). Exceptional organizational skills, with a successful track record of managing multiple competing priorities across disparate project pipelines simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively translating creative design goals into clear, actionable technical and operational steps. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience in mobile free-to-play (F2P) or live-service game development/publishing. Background as a Game Designer, Product Manager, or Producer who has owned onboarding/FTUE (First-Time User Experience) initiatives. Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Jira, Hansoft, Airtable, Excel, Keynote). A passionate mobile gamer with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices across various mobile platforms.
