About the Role

As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead all quality and food safety programs,
ensuring products consistently meet the highest standards. You will guide QA staff, manage
audits, and partner across departments to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the QA team while overseeing daily quality operations
• Manage HACCP plans, food safety programs, and quality system documentation
• Coordinate and lead customer, third-party, and regulatory audits
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Train employees on quality procedures and compliance standards
• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to resolve quality issues
• Maintain accurate quality data and provide reporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a QA or food safety leadership role
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, HACCP, and quality systems
• Proven experience managing audits and leading teams
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive improvements
