Customer Service Representative

Administrative Customer Service Representative We're looking for an organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as an *Administrative Customer Service Representative*. What You'll Do
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and requests
* Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner
* Greet and assist walk-in customers
* Enter orders and maintain accurate records

* Perform data entry and general administrative support tasks
* Help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
