Sales Associate and Assistant Manager

Job Description

As a Sales Associate and Assistant Manager, you will support a small retail team while delivering excellent customer service and helping drive smooth daily store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role offers a pathway to becoming a Store Manager and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, as well as reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, attentive customer service.
Support merchandising and maintain an engaging store presentation.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
Complete opening procedures to prepare the store for business.
Complete closing procedures and help secure the store.

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in retail sales and store operations.
Open availability, including nights and weekends.
Reliable transportation.
