Salary: $80,000-95,000/year, plus yearly bonus Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. The Analyst, WFM Scheduling Solutions is a critical, highly analytical role responsible for the stability, maintenance, and optimization of our enterprise scheduling operations. You do not need a background in HR systems—we will teach you the intricacies of Oracle Cloud HCM and workforce management. What you bring to the table is a logical mindset, the technical agility to learn new platforms quickly, and a passion for optimizing systems. In this role, you will help develop and implement strategic scheduling plans for a workforce of 15,000+ employees. You will apply your scientific or computational background to analyze scheduling metrics, troubleshoot complex logic errors, and help develop integrations and automations that drive our scheduling solutions forward.
